this is my sister anna who is an amazingly talented quilter! she has been quilting for years and years. every summer for the past 7 or 8 years she has entered one of her quilts in the iowa state fair. every year she gets comments from them about things that she could improve on. one year she got honorable mention. even though we thought her quilts looked pretty much perfect she would work harder and harder on the next one that she would enter.
this year all of her hard work and learning and trying again and again paid off with the best prize of all,
