special days

the few days that remained of school after graduation were filled with all kinds of fun activities. the friday after graduation they had a teddy bear picnic at school. all the kids could bring a stuffed animal for the picnic. the monday after was "mommy and me tea". the kids had made all the moms placemats and they served us tea and muffins. we listened to the teacher read us a book, we did a craft and then each student read their mom a letter of why they thought we were special. it was very sweet! tuesday they had daddy donut day. matt got someone to sit in his class for an hour so he was able to go and spend the morning with micah. he also got a beautiful placemat and storytime and a special letter read to him.

they even did a craft together too.
i am so glad that we were able to enjoy these last few special activities with micah. it was a great way to cap off kindergarten.
