On Wednesday we drove north a bit to Jupiter and visited this Turtle rescue that I have heard about. They had several large tanks and in them were rescued turtles, obviously, but they also had names and then listed they had the things that they were treating the turtles for. Micah loved it and went running in a circle from tank to tank.
Getting about as close as one could get to a rescued ocean turtle.
There was something beautiful about them. I think it was in their eyes, they seemed unusually deep....
I packed us a picnic.
Then Micah played in the park that was right by the rescue center. What a fun family day!
